These terms provide a practical overview of how Spartan Elite Security Ltd handles enquiries, proposals, payment and confirmed assignments. The written proposal, engagement letter or contract issued for a specific assignment will contain the terms that govern that work and will take precedence where applicable.
Enquiries and assessment
Submitting an enquiry or Request Security form does not confirm a deployment. We first review the requirement, availability, location, timescale, risk, personnel profile, transport and any other operational considerations.
Clients must provide accurate and sufficiently complete information. Material changes or omissions may affect availability, scope, pricing or our ability to undertake the assignment safely.
Written proposal
Where we can support the requirement, we issue a written proposal or quotation setting out the recommended service, personnel, operating assumptions, timings, price and any anticipated additional costs. Specialist personnel, higher-risk work, travel, accommodation, parking, tolls, congestion charges and other assignment-specific costs may be priced separately.
Payment and confirmation
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, full payment is required before a deployment is confirmed. An assignment is not confirmed until Spartan has accepted the requirement in writing and the applicable payment conditions have been satisfied.
Short-notice requests remain subject to operational review, personnel or vehicle availability and prepayment.
Changes, cancellation and additional work
Changes to dates, hours, locations, itinerary, duties, staffing or risk may require a revised proposal and price. Cancellation, postponement and refund conditions will be stated in the assignment-specific written terms. Work or costs outside the agreed scope require approval and may be charged separately.
Service delivery
Personnel and resources are selected according to the confirmed requirement. We may make reasonable operational adjustments where necessary to protect safety, legality, continuity or service quality. Clients must not direct personnel to undertake unlawful, unsafe or materially different duties from those agreed.

Enquiries and assignments are handled discreetly. Personal information submitted through this website or our forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
