The minimum Close Protection booking is three hours. Short three- and four-hour assignments start from £100 per hour, per Close Protection Officer. Personnel are selected for the requirement, while specialist military, advanced-medical or other requested profiles are quoted separately. Assignments under eight hours can be arranged according to the requirement.

A standard eight-hour Close Protection deployment starts from £500 per Close Protection Officer. The final quotation depends on risk, location, notice, personnel profile, travel, advance work and the number of officers required.

Executive vehicle-and-driver provision starts from £120 per hour and carries a separate minimum booking of eight hours.

Yes, subject to availability. The Close Protection element may be booked from three hours, but the separate eight-hour minimum still applies to the executive vehicle and driver.

Depending on the assignment, parking, tolls, congestion charges, accommodation, exceptional mileage, flights or other necessary travel costs may be additional. Any known chargeable items are explained in the quotation or booking terms.

Pricing reflects the site, operating hours, staffing, duties, shift structure, supervision and required personnel profile. These details are reviewed before a written quotation is issued.

No. Personnel are selected according to the assignment. Operatives are chosen for their licensing, relevant experience, judgement, professionalism and suitability. Military, Special Forces, advanced-medical or other specialist backgrounds are supplied only where justified and quoted separately.

UK Close Protection assignments are staffed with appropriately SIA-licensed personnel. Any additional skills or specialist profile required for the assignment are considered separately.

Yes. Include the requested background, language, medical capability, gender or other operationally relevant preference in the initial brief. Availability and any effect on pricing will be confirmed after review.

Yes. The appropriate profile depends on the environment and the purpose of the assignment. Protection can be deliberately unobtrusive or more visible where deterrence and control are required.

Provide the primary service, location, dates, approximate times, number of people requiring support, movement or vehicle requirements and any immediate concerns. If an exact private address or hotel is confidential, a town, city or general area can be sufficient for the initial review.

Potentially. Short-notice Close or Executive Protection is subject to suitable personnel availability, operational review and cleared prepayment. Providing complete information immediately gives us the best chance of assessing the requirement quickly.

A request or quotation is not a confirmed deployment. Personnel and vehicles are confirmed only after the scope and terms are agreed, full payment has cleared and SPARTAN has issued confirmation.

Yes. Full payment is required before Close Protection personnel or executive vehicles are confirmed. Longer-term commercial guarding arrangements may follow the specific payment terms stated in the written proposal.

Yes. Use the Visiting the UK service route and provide expected arrival and departure dates, approximate UK base, airport or FBO details if known, vehicle requirements and whether Close Protection is needed.
